Ruth has an excellent track record in working with organisations to manage business change and programmes. Her focus is on helping organisations deliver tangible benefits from initiatives and projects. During her career, Ruth has undertaken assignments in a wide variety of business functional areas and sectors that have given her a broad base of programme experience in the US and Europe. Her excellent communication skills allow her to deliver effectively at all levels.
Before setting up Avanza Partnership, Ruth spent two years at a Business Change consultancy, three years at Bertelsmann's UK Direct Marketing company specialising in programme management, IS implementation and change management and two years at Pearson in a change management role on a shared services project/SAP implementation.
Chris has extensive experience in the commercial radio industry in leadership roles ranging from sales to operational and financial management, customer services and HR.
Following his career with GCap Media plc, whose portfolio of brands included Capital Radio and Classic FM, Chris now uses his broad operational management experience, combined with a sense of humour and realism, to provide clients with pragmatic and effective solutions to business problems and challenges.
Having worked in senior management roles including as HR Director, Chris is well placed to understand and help resolve the people issues that face organisations having seen the challenge of managing people from both perspectives. His experience of leading the highly successful integration of 1500 people in the merger of Capital Radio and GWR Group plc, with no ensuing litigation, is an example of Chris’s successful track record in supporting organisations to meet their people objectives in a pragmatic and empathetic way.
Andrew has fourteen years of experience at CIO level, including GWR Group, GCap Media and Sotheby’s. His strength is in helping organizations to develop and communicate engaging technology visions and strategies to deliver business benefit. He has a proven track record in enabling companies to save money, increase efficiency, drive revenue growth and improve customer service through the effective use of technology.
He has particular expertise in leading cultural change in technology teams. Thus includes leadership development and behavioural change programmes aimed at creating high performance teams to improve service delivery and business engagement. Andrew is currently working with a major Telecomms company as an agent for cultural change across all areas of IT whilst also running a complex business integration programme.
In addition Andrew has ten years experience of mergers and acquisitions during which he has developed the essential knowledge and expertise needed to ensure IT M&A programmes deliver successfully in what are often highly pressurised circumstances.

Patrick is an international executive coach and management consultant who has assisted high potential people and organisations to develop and achieve their career and business goals. Patrick is also visiting lecturer at the business schools at Cranfield University, the University of Brighton and University of Warwick.
With 17 years experience in senior management, Patrick has strong interpersonal and written communication skills across functional areas of Supply Chain, HR development, IT and Finance with global implementation, and project and change management.
Patrick has worked in multiple sectors including Retail, Distribution, Public Sector, Information Systems and Non Profit.
Claire is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years experience in consultancy. She has worked for major consultancy firms and has also held a variety of interim management positions as commercial manager, FD and IT manager. She has a strong commercial understanding and has worked with a large number of blue chip clients in diverse sectors including financial services, government, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, publishing and telecommunications.
Specific areas of expertise are in performance improvement, financial management and reporting, programme management and change management.
She has a strongly facilitative style that provides both challenge and support to clients, which enables them to develop and deliver results.
Angela is an experienced organisation change, operations management and HR professional. She is skilled in initiating and leading complex change projects and solving business problems to accelerate delivery of sustainable results.
With operational experience acquired leading global customer training and publications in a high growth telecommunications environment she enables clients to achieve the most complex projects on time and on budget. She has extensive experience and most recent organisation change successes achieved in the IT and travel industries. Angela is a dynamic and adaptable person whose key skills include:

Alison is a Programme Director and Change Leader with extensive experience operating at board level, with a "can do" attitude, and a reputation for troubleshooting and delivery. She has multi-country, large team (150), significant budget (£225m), extended timeframe (5 years) experience. She possesses extensive knowledge of industry best practice, particularly in programme, change and transition management.
Alison was Delivery Strategy & Transitions Director and a member of the Management Team for the AM Service line at CapGemini (1300 people) managing all UK transitions and off-shoring. Her experience covers a wide variety of sectors including Financial Services, Utilities, Automotive, Telecoms, Public Services, Agriculture and Food sectors.
Paulette is a Business Process Analyst specialising in the areas of process improvement and re-design,
process mapping, and process implementation. Key skill areas also include programme management, workshop facilitation and training and development.
She is an experienced team leader and facilitator with strong problem-solving and risk-management skills, who also has hands-on experience of business issues analysis and solutions implementation.
With in depth experience in various industry sectors, including financial and petroleum - clients have included Barclays Bank, ChevronTexaco and Royal Dutch Shell.
As an empathetic individual who builds excellent relationships with peers, managers and clients and advocates socially responsible corporate behaviour she has had tremendous success determining and implementing the business change requirements for Barclays' T+2-4-6 change programme and co-ordinating the documentation, re-design and delivery of the processes and controls for ChevronTexaco European Marketing's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) programme.
Judy is a change management and OD consultant with more than 15 years of strong consulting experience across a wide range of industries and sectors, including IT, telecoms, construction, public sector and automotive at the most senior levels.
She has focused in the last five years on team leadership and high risk Oracle transformations. She combines a passion for achieving commercial outcomes by motivating and building commitment, with a background in delivering change across cultural and functional boundaries.
Andy has extensive experience in project and programme management, business transformation, business process re-engineering and change management working primarily in the Finance function, IT implementation, shared services and outsourcing projects.
Andy is a qualified accountant, former Finance Director and an experienced consultant (ex KPMG & Partners for Change) and has proven skills applicable to many industries but particular experience in financial services (Standard Chartered Bank, M&G, NatWest Bank and Abbey) and telecommunications (Cable & Wireless and Worldcom).
Ajay has a flair for systems and processes and combines strong IT and accounting skills with extensive experience working in the financial sector for companies such as Deloitte, Wingrave Yeats and Abbey National.
This combination of skills makes Ajay invaluable in managing complex and detailed projects where a broad range of skills are required from training people in the use of in-house financial management systems to drafting financial, statutory and regulatory reports.
Karamjit is an experienced consultant specialising in Project and Change Management in the PeopleSoft arena. Karamjit has also worked as an Organisational & Management Development consultant specialising in Leadership Development.
She is an experienced facilitator and Programme Manager and has worked across the world. Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow her to liaise effectively across an organisation and build confidence at all levels.
Karamjit has worked in many different industries and has a good all-round understanding of how organisations function and how to help them grow successfully.
Karamjit is also an international conference speaker on the subject of Change Management.
Tim is a proven leader of business change and innovation. Tim has over 16 years of experience in blue chip consulting at PwC, programme delivery and process transformation. In his latest role as Head of Business Integration at Sky, Tim led project management transformation, all IT project delivery and was responsible for the IT/business relationship, from strategy to service.
Tim uses his broad line management experience, with significant track record in budget control and people management, to help organisations drive efficiency and improvement. Tim has a clear vision and a history of delivering strategic IT and business process change.
Paula has extensive consulting experience at Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, KMPG where she was Principal Consultant in Business Transformation and at Partners for Change.
Her sector experience includes Media, Telecommunications, Industrial, Finance Services and Transport. Paula has held senior Finance roles in a number of organisations and an experienced Programme and Project Manager.
Judy has significant experience of ERP projects, particularly in change management and process transformation. She has broad experience in Shared Services including Finance, Procurement, HR & IT. Judy has also successfully managed business readiness, cutover, go-live and stabilisation within Shared Service environments. Judy has worked in the Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Public sectors.
